The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) is seeking feedback on a draft of this Bill which will allow customers to safely access and exchange data held about them. Explore the key issues in Unlocking value from our customer data - Discussion document, then join our roundtable discussion. Your views will help inform MBIE’s advice to Ministers on the Bill. We recommend you attend MBIE’s public webinar for potential accredited requestors beforehand to learn more about the Bill.
